Gap of Dunloe

Exploring the sights around Killarney on a perfect fall day. The mountains, rolling hills, blue skies and puffy white clouds were like a postcard.

Not far out of town is the turn off to the Gap. Looking forward to the drive.

We were stopped at the parking lot of the Coffee Pot.

Our guide Dennis Moriarity was an entertaining gent full of tid bits and tales of the area.

We bounced around so much it was hard to take photos but we’ll share the ones we captured.

We drove to our new home away from home just outside of Kinsale, in Riverstick. It’s adorable and the views are spectacular. It’s a farm with thoroughbred race horses, llamas and Dalmatian doggies everywhere. We’ll explore later. Veronica is our adorable hostess, and full of energy Irish beauty. This will be fun. It’s elegant & spectacular.
