It’s D Day (Departure Day)!
It’s finally arrived, and we’re leaving. Heading to the airport early for our flight to Minneapolis where we pick up our friends, Greg & Lori Haffley, then it’s on to Reykjavík, Iceland.
The 4 Amigos have an 11 day self-guided trip around the whole island scheduled. Ellen used Hey Iceland and they did an awesome job making reservations for accommodations and excursions. We pick up a Rav 4 at the airport when we arrive, then it’s off to the Blue Lagoon as our first stop. I think we’re driving clockwise around the country. Not sure how well this map will enlarge, but it should give you the general idea.
