Travel Day to Copenhagen

We found out yesterday there are no trains to Copenhagen but we can take a bus to Falkenburg then a train to Denmark.

Not the happiest travelers but we made it on time and the driver was terrific even after two construction stoppages.
It isn’t the same but it’s all good
Copenhagen Central Station

We took a cab to our deluxe city apartment on the 5th floor with no elevator.

I’m in Airbnb jail until I get places on the lower floors or an elevator. Jeff thinks “I’m trying to kill him”

We looked for a place to walk and were blocks from the hustle and bustle of the city with shops and restaurants galore.

Look what’s across the street…

We ate fish & chips at Hyttefadet Gastro pub on the boardwalk and people watched.

The canal street was amazing, the sky bright blue and the colorful buildings lined Nyhavn. The city looks like a perfect postcard.

Yesterday we met a lil English girl who rode with me in the elevator because her knee “was a bit “picky” and since mine still is I tried to get Jeff to get one of these…

I’d fit and could hold the packs
Just a sample of the bike lanes
Country #4 is Lovely
Stopped in his tracks…
We screamed for Gelato

Walked back with a stop at the grocery story, UP five flights and time to rest up for the next three days in Copenhagen.
